Facility Rental FAQs
Who can reserve a room?
Anyone may reserve rooms. Members of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association (ARA) and the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® (ACBR) will receive a 25% discount on rates available to the public. Members may be able to reserve space for certain events at no charge. For more information, please contact Della Dandridge, HR/Office Manager, at 404.732.0611.
What timeframe is the space available?
Normal rates are for events held during regular business hours. For Room usage prior to 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm, an additional hourly rate will be charged and is subject to staff availability.
What amenities/services are included?
Our building has WIFI available. Our classrooms have projectors/screens, microphones, speaker system and podiums. There is an additional fee for coffee service and most reservations will include an additional set-up fee. Users are expected to leave the space clean, neat and free of trash and will be responsible for any damages to the space.
May we post signage?
You may not post any signage outside of the space you rent; that includes directionals and signage within the building.
May we have food or alcohol at our event?
Approved catering is permitted. Alcoholic beverages may be permitted, however only with advance permission and is subject to the discretion of an authorized representative of AMAS. Alcoholic beverages may not be sold on the premises.
Management reserves the right to decline room usage at any time.
SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE BUILDING; SMOKING IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE ONLY, IN DESIGNATED AREAS.
You may not admit to the Space a number of persons in excess of the maximum occupancy.
